TAKING CARE OF YOUR PROPERTY
Property Management Services
In addition to construction services, GLLH Builders can take care of your home by protecting and managing your property. In most cases, we manage properties of our part-time residents as additional services.
Our Property Management Services include a detailed check list of items in the home that need monitored while clients are away. It is performed weekly for our seasonal clients, until they return to their Florida home.
Added services are management or referral of all these “little things” on your list to do. We take those tasks off your hands and do it for you!
Warranty
Warranty service is self-performed. We manage the calling of subs and coordinating of subs. If something should not be operating correctly, we want to know! GLLH Builders is also affiliated with 2-10 Warranty Program for added assurance.
